Just to reach the height of the dreams of my father, I selected the field of art as my career. Even today, my self and my father conduct stage programs together . He has inspired in me a great deal of self-confidence with his innermost wish that people should know me by “ SAIRAM ”, and not as the son of Shree Vishnuprasad Dave.

My father has been an eminent hymnist for the last 38 Years. There could be a very few villages, temples or cattleforeys where he has not performed his art for their charity. Throughout his life he has earned lots of good wishes and blessings. I earnestly feel that the blessings so bountifully showered on him by Saints and mute cattle are being instrumental in the smooth and rapid progress of my career in the field of performing art.

My mother Sarojben is a primary teacher. She always keeps at her heart the welfare of our family. I would like to say that she is an ocean of love and affection. She is gifted with a remarkable sense of humour, viewing the various aspects of life philosophically. It is with her divine blessings that I have developed (right from my early childhood) a deep insight for exploring humour from real life situations which are very often pleasant, grotesque, emotional or even tragic situations experienced in our day to day life, aimost in every field of human activities, but a true humorist, often with his articulate speech and gestures, can make his audience laugh uproariously, by narrating to them the humorous situations born out of human weakness, vanities, angularities and oddities of their behaviour, but without making anyone feel hurt.

For me, my parents are the very incarnation of God and Goddess. I always pray to God Almighty that I may please be blessed with the parents on my every birth on this earth in future.

We are three brothers. I am the eldest. Kishan is younger to me. He is M.E. Electrical Engg., and serving as a lecturer. He is a sincere and learned person. The areas in which I know nothing or very little, I seek his guidance.

The youngest brother of mine is Amit. At his teenage he is very much matured and gifted with a very good oratory in ornamental linguistic field. I am astonished at his commendable skill and very much proud of him. He is still a bachelor and that is why I often feel envious of his being a free bird flying with his luminous wings in the sky. Precisely, I would like to say that Kishan and Amit are like two rising Suns as if juxta-posed to illuminate my life and career.

My five year old mischievous and very active Son Dhruv, Kishan’s wife Bhoomi and their sweet baby girl Dhyani are chirping birds in our family.

Let me say a few words about the person who listens to me and to whom I am obliged to listen, is my loving wife Deepali. If I had not got such a matured, loving, caring and tolerant better half I would have been a crippled bird thrown away from the field of such an art. It was soon after my engagement with her that my first audio-album “Chaman Banega Karorpati” was launched and that album hit the market and proved to be the “Best Seller”.

After my marriage, owing to her favourable fortune, I kept climbing the ladder of success in my career. I never make or say any joke describing her as a character to laugh at, as we respect each other, as I strongly feel and believe that it is her tolerance and sacrifice that has given me this name and fame. While I am away staging my programmes at distant places for entertaining people, my wife has to remain at home passing many sleepless and restless nights, and eagerly waiting and longing for my early come back home. Someone has truly said: “There is always a woman behind every successful man.

I acknowledge my gratitude to all my friends, and also known and unknown hands that have extended their whole-hearted support and co-operation for my success in the career. I also express my heart-felt thanks to God Almighty for his divine help in shaping my life and career as a successful artiste, bestowing upon our family peace, prosperity and all the joys of life.

Sairam : મારા પરિવાર વિષે

My family is world’s most superb family. I do believe that my father Shri. Vishnuprasad Dave has struggled a lot in his life. It was the time when it was very difficult to make two ends meet, he really worked very hard and without any background of art he established himself as an eminent artist.

Just to reach to the height of the dreams of my father, I selected the field of art. Even on today myself and my father stages the program together. He has imparted a great self confidence and always be inclined to see that people should know me by “Sairam” not by the son of Vishnuprasad Dave.

Throughout his life he has earned a lots of blessings. I feel that blessings earned by him from “sants” and cattles are being instrumental in rapid and smooth movement of my career.

My mother Sarojben is a primary teacher. She always keeps on thinking about the welfare of us. I would like to say that she is an ocean of love and affection. She has a great sense of humour. My loving mother has been a great source to me for exploring my self in the field of sense of humour, education, culture right from the cradle, till today.

For me my parents are my god and goddess. I pray the blessings from all mighty that I may please get the same parents on my every birth on this earth.

Kishan’s spouse Bhumi and their sweet habby girl Dhyani are the Chirping biros in our family.

Let we talk about the person who listens me, to whom I am coupled to listen and who bears me, my loving wife Deepali..

If I would not have got the vary matured, loving, caring and affectionate later half like Deepali, I could have been thrown away from the market of this stat of art.

Soon after my engagement with her my first audio album “ Chaman Banega Karorpati” was launched and that album hit the market, acclaimed position of Best seller.

She has sacrificed many youthful nights and on those nights I kept her whipping and made the audience laugh. “Dedication at the zenith deserves appreciation.” I regret that owing to the hectic life for staging professional and in continuously humorous person, I can’t give time to my family.

My five yrs old mischievous and hyperactive son Dhruv. He is most active and delicate part of my life. Dhruv is a Taj-Mahal’ of my aspirations.

I dream very high of my family. I am only because of my aspirations and dreams.

My family has proud of me. But friends in the root of an applause. I get from the audience is the co-operation, motivation and love from my family. I am indebt to the almighty that despite of being careless and fiacle minded with all my limitations, my family has extended warm support to me.

I love/ respect my parents more than/ as a god, and I love my family very very much.
